Super infusion for this winter
Boost your immunity with this tip

This winter, we remind you that a good infusion can help you to have a
robust immunological system and avoid flu, colds,
etc.
Boiling ginger, and oregano, can help you avoid the flu and increase your immunologic system. If you also add onion, it will be a super infusion.
Oregano has flavonoids, tannins, phenolic acids, and essential oil (carvacrol, thymol), which is why it is antioxidant and antimicrobial. More information on the book of
Phytotherapy by Alejandro's Arteche.
Ginger
contains gingerol, which is also an excellent antioxidant, and antifungal.
White onion is an expectorant and bactericidal par excellence due to its high sulfur content, which is why it helps to combat flu, pharyngitis, and bronchitis.
Method: in half a liter of water, add half a white onion, two or three slices of ginger, and a teaspoon of oregano, and let it boil for 15 minutes.
You can take this infusion either hot or cold; depending on your taste, its healing properties work in both ways.
If you don't like the infusion, you could also buy oregano oil and ginger supplements in your health shop.
