About me:

I am a second-generation acupuncturist, growth in a medical environment – GP Mother, however as a teenager I was suffering migraines and panic attacks. Trying to find a no invasive treatment, my mother found that homeopathy was the solution, after that experience,she also specialized in homoeopathy and traditional Chinese acupuncture

My journey into holistic healing began at a very young age. I took my first steps in prescribing homeopathy and assisting with acupuncture within my social circle, guided by a natural curiosity about the body’s ability to heal and a deep desire to help others. Life later brought me back to this path in a more profound way.

After leaving home, the stress of livign abroad and constant change began to affect my health. When I became ill, I turned to homeopathy for support. From that moment, I committed myself fully to the study and practice of functional medicine. I began with acupuncture, developing a strong foundation in understanding the body’s energetic systems, and later deepened my work through homeopathy.

It is amazing to see how health improves with changes in lifestyle and giving the body extra help with acupuncture or homoeopathy, etc. As the father of modern medicine said. "Healing is a matter of time, but it is sometimes also a matter of opportunity “. Hippocrates.

I received my Diploma in Acupuncture (Dip Ac) from the Acupuncture Foundation of Ireland. This diploma was gained through 3 years of study, including clinical practice and theoretical study of acupuncture to treat a wide range of conditions. I also studied Chinese Herbs with Sifu Li Zhi Xin at the Li Ping school. 

Strongly believe that learning never ends. Continuing education is an essential part of my professional and personal growth. Since obtaining my Licentiate in Acupuncture, I have completed advanced training in fertility acupuncture, pregnancy support, and mental health support under the guidance of Sifu Han. These additional qualifications allow me to support patients through some of the most delicate and transformative stages of their lives.

Currently, I serve as a Board Member of the Acupuncture Council of Ireland. In this role, I am dedicated to raising awareness about the benefits of acupuncture for people across Ireland. Together with my fellow Board members, we work to ensure that all registered practitioners uphold the highest standards of professional and ethical acupuncture practice.

I also received a Licentiate as a Homeopath from the Irish School of Homeopathy (Lic ISH). This licentiate was gained through 4 years of studying and practising; I also had the opportunity to do an internship in Africa in 2018 with Homeopathy for Health for Africa. The Irish Society of Homeopaths accredits me.

Every session is customized based on the needs. Session can be conducted in English, Spanish or German.
