PMS
Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS)

Many women before and after the ovulation - menstrual period –present a combination of physical and emotional symptoms – this is called PMS. Seve premenstrual syndrome. The symptoms are different for every woman. Some women may get only physical symptoms, some women could get only emotional symptoms, the symptoms could change though the woman's age.
Physical symptoms of PMS may include:
- Swollen or tender breasts
- Constipation or diarrhea
- Bloating or a gassy feeling
- Cramping
- Headache or backache
Emotional or mental symptoms of PMS may include:
- Depression, feelings of sadness, or crying
- Mood swings
- Irritability or hostile behavior
- Feeling tired
- Sleep problems (sleeping too much or too little)
- Appetite changes or food cravings
