Please include at least 25gr per day one of the following food in your diet: salmon, pistachio almonds, hazelnuts, quinoa, and lentils; those will help produce melatonin as they are rich in tryptophan..
If those tips do not help, as the primary root is not a lack of melatonin, then ist time to add Acupuncture and homeopathy, as your body needs extra help to relieve anxiety or an gitated mind and be able to sleep at least 8 hours.
